Предлагаемое устройство (фиг. 1) состоит из резервуара 1, снабженного в верхней крышке трубой 2, служащей дл выхода вытесн емого при наполнении резервуара жидкостью, воздуха, и имеющий внутри клапан 3 с поплавком 4, закрывающим трубу 2 при наполнении резервуара.
