Abstract

Изобретение относитс к дозированию сыпучих материалов. Цель изобретени - ускорение взвешивани и повышение точности дозировани при взвешивании трудносыпучих материалов. Весовой дозатор содержит бункер 1 с открывающимс днищем , кинематически св занный с весовым механизмом 4, загрузочную емкость 5 с течкой 6, расположенной внутри бункера, регулировочный патрубок 9 дл объемного дозировани , установленный на конце течки , и питатель тонкой досыпки со шнеком 11 и выпускным патрубком 12, расположенным внутри бункера за пределами регулировочного патрубка. Регулировочный патрубок снабжен механизмом вертикального перемещени , состо щим из двух пар рычагов, одни концы которых шарнирно закреплены на противоположных сторонах патрубка, а противоположные концы - одни шарнирно прикреплены к бункеру, а другие жестко св заны с валом привода вертикального перемещени регулировочного патрубка. 1 з. п. ф-лы. 2 ил.This invention relates to the dosing of bulk materials.
