Abstract
Способ получения бутилкаучука путем низкотемпературной сополимеризации изобутилена с изопреном в среде галоидного алкила в присутствии катализатора хлористого алюминия и регулятора молекулярной массы, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения устойчивости суспензии бутилкаучука и повышения ее концентрации, в качестве регулятора молекулярной массы используют соединение общей формулы RCHX, где R - водород или C- Cалкил, X = -COOH или -SOOH, при мольном отношении регулятора к катализатору 0,025 - 0,2 : 1.A method of producing butyl rubber by low-temperature copolymerization of isobutylene with isoprene in an alkyl halide environment in the presence of an aluminum chloride catalyst and a molecular weight regulator, characterized in that, in order to increase the stability of the butyl rubber suspension and increase its concentration, a compound of the general formula RCHX is used as a molecular weight regulator, where R is hydrogen or C-C1-6 alkyl, X = -COOH or -SOOH, with a molar ratio of regulator to catalyst of 0.025-0.2: 1.
