Abstract

Изобретение касается разделения суспензий в поле действия центробежных сил и может быть использовано в пищевой, медицинской, химической и других отраслях промышленности. Целью изобретения является улучшение качества продуктов разделения. Осадительная центрифуга содержит ротор 1, шнек, состоящий из барабана 4 с отверстиями 5 и витков 6, питающую трубу 7 и раскручивающее устройство 9, вокруг которого закреплена перфорированная обечайка 10. Пространство между обечайкой 10 и стенкой барабана 4 заполнено шарами 12 для дополнительного безударного раскручивания суспензии. За счет обтекания суспензией шаров 12 предотвращается измельчение агломератов и отдельных частиц, что повышает качество легкой фазы. 1 ил.
