Протез состоит из эластичной оболочки 1, на внутренней поверхности которой нит ми 2 закреплен основной фиксирующий элемент 3, выполненный в виде плоской изогнутой пружины зигзагообразной формы, свернутой в кольцо. Высота этого элемента выбираетс в зависимости от длины здорового сегмента сосуда, в который он устанавливаетс и не превышает его. Дополнительный фиксирующий элемент 4 и упругие стержни 5 размещены вне оболочки.
