Изобретение относитс  к медицине и позвол ет предупредить миграцию протеза кровеносного сосуда путем снабжени  его дополнительным фиксирующим элементом 4, размещенным вне эластичной оболочки 1 и соединенным с основным фиксирующим элементом 3, закрепленным на внутренней стенке оболочки 1 посредством упругих стержней 5. Обща  высота дополнительного и основного фиксирующих элементов 3 и 4, а также упругих стержней 5 вдоль оси протеза составл ет не менее Id, где d - внутренний диаметр сосуда. Протез состоит из эластичной оболочки 1, на внутренней поверхности которой нит ми 2 закреплен основной фиксирующий элемент 3, выполненный в виде плоской изогнутой пружины зигзагообразной формы, свернутой в кольцо. Высота этого элемента выбираетс  в зависимости от длины здорового сегмента сосуда, в который он устанавливаетс  и не превышает его. Протез снабжен также до- полнительным фиксирующим элементом 4, выполненным по форме, аналогичной основному элементу 3, и соединенным с ним посредством упругих стержней 5. Дополнительный фиксирующий элемент 4 и упругие стержни 5 размещены вне оболочки. Обща  высо- та Я обоих фиксирующих элементов и соедин ющих их упругих стержней 5 состав- .лйот ие менее 2d, где d - внутренний диаметр оболочки. В свою очередь длина упругих стержней 5 выбираетс  в зависимости от .конфигурации сосуда. Выполнение высоты Н фиксирующих элементов и упругих стержней менее 2d не обеспечивает устойчивого размещени  протеза и не предотвращает его от опрокидывани . При выводе катетера из сосуда и одновременном удержании протеза неподвижным происходит распр мг ление оболочки протеза под действием фиксирующих элементов 3 до полного контакта ее со стенками сосуда.
