Abstract

Изобретение относитс к технологическому оборудованию дл подготовки электрических проводов к монтажу и может быть использовано в электротехнической промьшшенности. Цель- изобретени - упрощение конструкции. Устройство содержит зажимные губки 1 установленные на планке 2, и механизм резки изол ции, вьшолненный из двух. частей с обжимными элементами 3. Кажда часть механизма резки установлена на планке 4. Планки 2 и 4 кон- сольно з;акреплены в корпусе 5. Привод перемещени планок в направлении. . перпендикул рном подаче провода, выполнен в виде плоских пружин 8 Л -образной формы. Пружина установлена с возможностью захода в пазы 6. Один конец каждой пружины жестко закреплен на планке 4, а другой расположен между планками 2 и 4 с возможностью взаимодействи своим торцом с корпусом 5. При приложении пальцев руки к пружинам 8 происходит кольцевой надрез изол ции провода. Пружинный прогиб йланок 2 и 4 компейсирует разность ходов нагревательных элементов и зажимных губок. Процесс приложени усили к пружине продолжают до тех пор, пока она не изменит свое положение , то есть не перейдет из выпуклого состо ни в вогнутое. При этом нагревательные элементы отход т от провода.
