Description

Известны двойные торцовые уплотнени  дл  валов центробежных насосов, состо щие из двух невращающихс  втулок и двух контактирующих с ними вращающихс  втулок, нагруженных в осевом направлении действием пружины и давлением уплотн ющей жидкости. Однако такие уплотнени  мало пригодны дл  валов насосов, работающих на повыщенных давлени х, вследствие высоких удельных давлений, возникающих на контактирующих торцовых поверхност х втулок.Double mechanical seals are known for the shafts of centrifugal pumps, consisting of two non-rotating sleeves and two rotating sleeves in contact with them, loaded in the axial direction by the action of a spring and the pressure of a sealing fluid. Уплотнение состоит из двух невращающихс  втулок / и 2 и двух контактирующих с ними вращающихс  втулок 3 и 4. Втулка 4 жестко соединена с гильзой 5, левый конец которой (меньшего диаметра) вставлен в расточку втулки 3 и подвижно сочленен с ней посредством БИНТОВ 5 и 7 И щлицевой втулки 8. Дл  обеспечени  вращени  втулок 3 и 4 гильза 5 соединена винтом 9 с обоймой 10, укрепленной на валу //. Гильза 5 снабжена внутренней расточкой, в которой установлены две манжеты 12 и 13, нагруженные действием пружины М и давлением уплотн ющей жидкости, подводимой через отверстие 15. Применение манжет 12 и 13 исключает возможность прорыва перекачиваемой насосом жидкости вдоль обоймы 10 и позвол ет подвести к торцовым поверхност м левого конца гильзы 5 и расточки втулки 5 атмосферное давление.The seal consists of two non-rotating sleeves / and 2 and two rotating sleeves 3 and 4 in contact with them.
