Description

Swivel pins to the drive shafts of the press are known; they are fitted at one end with a lock e.1 for communication with the driving mechanism. The proposed key is provided with a bottom lock at the other end to be able to rearrange it with the use of another unworked key edge.

In FIG. 1 shows the assembly as assembled; FIG. 2, 3, and 4 — details of the keys shown in several projections; FIG. 5 and 6 are transverse sections of the shaft provided with a rotatable key with its non-working and working positions.

The proposed key for coupling the flywheel to the press shaft is a roller (FIG. 2), the middle part 2 of which is cut off along the length of the flywheel hub, as shown in FIG. 5, and the ends are fitted with locks 2 and 2, of which the lock 2 serves to connect the junction

through part 1 (Fig. 1 and 3) with a drive mechanism that turns the plug into the working position (Fig. 6). The additional lock 2, sealed by insert 3 (Fig. 1 and 4), serves to reinforce the dowels, it is intended to allow the key to be replaced with its ends, thus achieving replacement of the worked dowel edges with other ones that did not work and thus more fully utilized.

The pivot key to the drive shaft of the press, fitted at one end with a lock for communication with the drive mechanism, is characterized by the fact that at its other end there is an additional lock 2, intended for the purpose of using the other, unplugged key edge, to rearrange the fastening her using the specified lock.
