Description
The invention relates to the manufacture of electrical insulating cellulose and is intended for use in the pulp and paper industry.
Целью изобретени вл етс снижение тангенса угла диэлектрических потерь целлюлозы при одновременном снижении ее себестоимости .The aim of the invention is to reduce the dielectric loss tangent of cellulose while at the same time reducing its cost.
В качестве водорастворимой соли используют нитрат, ацетат или карбонат цинка, марганца, алюмини или гуани- дина, а в качестве окиси или гидроокиси - окись или гидроокись магни .According to the proposed method for the production of electrically insulating cellulose, water-soluble compounds are introduced at the stage of preparation of the washing liquid, while the preparation of the washing liquid is carried out by treating two streams of deionized water, one of which is injected with a water-soluble salt, and the other is displaced flows to a cation content in the resulting mixture of 5-25 mg / l and pH 7-10. Zinc, manganese, aluminum or guanidine nitrate, acetate or carbonate is used as a water-soluble salt, and magnesium oxide or magnesium hydroxide is used as an oxide or hydroxide.
A method for producing an electrically insulating cellulose is carried out as follows. 20 g of cellulose after kislovka (based on the mass of abs. Dry fiber), pressed to dryness 25% pour 2 liters of water having a pH of 8.1 and a cation concentration of 1 1 mg / l, place for 5 minutes in a disintegrator at 23 ° C and cast castings for analysis. In this case, the preparation of the washing liquid is carried out by mixing two streams of deionized water, in one of which zinc nitrate, manganese carbonate and magnesium are dissolved to a concentration of 1. mg / l zinc, 5 mg / l manganese, 3 mg / l magnesium, and another is dissolved magnesium oxide.
