It is located in cylindrical housing 7 and is provided with safety element in the form of spring-loaded sector stops 13 which are articulated on inner rod 9. Provided in walls of outer rod and cylindrical housing 7 are slots which receive sector stops. EFFECT: improved service characteristics due to reduction of number of components projecting beyond clearance limits of guide beam. 4 dwg
