Роликоваа головка состоит из ступицы 1, верхнего распределительного диска 2 со скребковыми лопаст ми 3, нижнего диска 4 с установленными на нем уплотн ющими ро- ликами 5, оси б которых снабжены шестерней 7, и жестко св занного с заглаживающей юбкой 8. Ролики имеют разбрасывающие лопасти 9. На ступицу 1, жестко св занную с диском 4, посажен подшипник 10, на наружной обойме которого закреплено зубчатое колесо 11, наход щеес в посто нном зацеплении с шестерн ми 7 роликов 5 (фиг.1). Уплотн ющие ролики 5, установленные на вращающемс нижнем диске 4, соприкаса сь с бетонной смесью и уплотн ее, начинают вращатьс вместе со своими ос ми 6, соответственно привод во вращение шестерни 7. Последние, наход сь в посто нном зацеплении с зубчатым колесом 11, насаженным на ступицу через ПОДШИПНИК 10, взаимосв заны между собой, поэтому вращение хот бы одной шестерни приводит к вращению всех остальных. Благодар этому обеспечиваетс синхронное вращение всех роликов без их проскальзывани и заклинивани . Взаимосв зь роликов обеспечиваетс также соединением щестерен 7 по наружному периметру с помощью непрерывной цепной или ременной передачи 12.
