Description

The present invention aims to mechanize the process of glazing & porcelain linear insulators and rollers.

The apparatus of the apparatus for glazing porcelain insulators and rollers consists of the following: on a wooden, for example, oak frame 1 (Fig. 1 and 2), there are wooden rollers 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, on which tension is endless conveyor chain 8, driven by pulley 10, sitting on one axle roller 6. The latter is placed at the very bottom of bath 12, into which azure 13 is poured up to a certain level 13. To fix insulators on chain 8, there are balancing rods 9, freely mounted on the x 16 chain, two rods on one axis (with the right and left sides one by one). 3. In the apparatus indicated in paragraph 1, use a rubber pad worn on the ends of the closing and opening tongs; the stopper 26 serves to seal the inner cavity of the insulator in order to eliminate the glaze penetration to it (Fig. 8).
