Целью изобретени вл етс повышение термостойкости, Составы шихты и свойства представ лены в таблице. Алюмохромовые отходы нефтехимической промышленности представл ют собой отработанный катализатор производства синтетического каучука. Отходы мелкодисперсны (количество фракции менее 0,09 мм пор дка 70-80% что позвол ет использовать их без 6 предварительного рассева и помола Химический состав отходов, мас.%$ 72-76; 13-15; SiO 8-10, примесные окислы (, MgO, ) до 1-2. Сырой технический глинозем и огнеупорную глину предварительно перемешршают в шаровой мельнице в течение 30 мин, после чего в смесь ввод т алюмохромовые отходы, увлажн ют ее раствором сульфитной-спиртовой барды (с плотностью 1,1 г/см) до общей влажности 8% и вновь ведут перемешивание . Цикл перемешивани массы 5-6 мин. Из полученной шихты формирзтот образцы при удельном д рлении 600 кг/см. Обжиг образцов провод т в криптоловой печи при 1680+10°С и времени выдержки 2 ч.This invention relates to the production of refractory materials, mainly to high-alumina refractories, used for the lining of furnaces and heat units in the building materials industry, metallurgical and chemical industries.
