Изобретение относитс к лесной промышленности , в частности, к устройствам дл транспортировани и сбрасывани лесоматериалов при сортировке. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности работы устройства. На фиг. 1 изображено устройство, общий вид; на фиг. 2 - вид А на фиг. 1; на фиг. 3 - плоска подпружиненна пластина со стержнем. Устройство дл транспортировани и сбрасывани лесоматериалов включает установленный на брусь х эстакады 1 конвейер в виде св занных с т говым органом 2 траверс 3 гравитационного типа с установленными на пальце 4 откидными рычагами 5 и стопорами, и ударные механизмы Стопор выполнен в виде плоских пластин 6 с окнами 7, установленных в направл юшлх втулках 8 траверсы 3. Плоска пластина 6 имеет стержень 9, на котором установлена пружина 10 с шайбой 11 и щплинтом 12. Рычаги 5 имеют ролики 13, взаимодействующие с плоской пластиной 6 и устанавливающиес в окно 7. Ударные механизмы выполнены в виде штанги 14, поворотной от электромагнита 15. На брусь х эстакады установлены ограничительные уголки 16 дл устранени бокового смещени траверс 3 и замыкатель рычагов 17. Работа устройства осуществл етс следующим образом. При включении левого или правого электромагнита 15 ударна штанга 14 сжимает пружину 10, перемещает стержень 9. Когда окно 7 пластины 6 подойдет под ролик 4, он входит в окно, рычаг 5 опускаетс в нижнее положение и происходит сбрасывание лесоматериала. При подходе траверс с открытыми рычагами к приводной станции рычаги 5 принудительно поднимаютс в верхнее положение замыкателем 17. Claims
