Description

A device for cleaning milled peat, consisting of hollow barabaia trailed to a tractor, whose working body is scrapers that remove peat from under the toe of the scraper installed at the back of the drum, is known.

The difference with the described device is the execution of the drum with the discharge cheek and its passive blades welded inside, as well as the installation of the scraper on the roller, with which the scraper's toe is raised, bypasses the stumps and leaves them on the turf field. Such an embodiment of the device ensures the supply of peat to the auger and the improvement of its discharge from the drum, as well as the prevention of the capture of stumps by the scraper.

The device consists of a hollow drum / with scrapers 2 welded circumferentially to the middle side walls and passive blades 3 on the inner surface, a scraper 4 with a supporting roller 5, a casing 6, a flap 7, an unloading screw 8 with a housing 9, a regulating casing 10, a brace 11 and drove 12.

The device works as follows.

To regulate the intake of peat on the auger, an adjustable casing 10 is provided that is set at a certain amount of opening depending on the properties of peat in this area of work of the harvesting machine.

To prevent stumps from gripping, the scraper 4 is mounted behind the drum of roller 5, with which the scraper's toe is raised, bypasses the stumps and leaves them on the turf field.
