Description

In the famous shaft furnaces with inclined grates, peat can be burned only with a certain humidity. When the peat humidity is above 50%, the heating capacity of the firebox decreases, which does not ensure the normal operation of the boiler.

The proposed firebox does not have this drawback. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the firebox contains two chambers with a gas generator located between them, the gas from which through the windows in the walls separating the gas generator from the chambers enters the last peat of the burning peat. The illuminating torch created in the combustion of gas in the chambers provides intensive drying of peat and its better burning.
