Description

Existing belt transfer systems do not adequately protect against the inadvertent transfer of the drive belt from one pulley to another during operation.

The present invention aims at eliminating this disadvantage by suspending the conventional lever for shifting the belts of the additional rod, which secures the lever from a spontaneous transition to another position.

In FIG. 1 schematically depicts a general view of the proposed lever; FIG. 2-fixed board against which the padding of the additional rod presses.

The lever B is attached to the lever A. on suspensions E, carrying a pillow at one end of the carrier, and at the other end it is equipped with a handle K in the form of a cranked lever. The cushion b of the rod Gr, under the influence of the spring C, all the time presses against the stationary board P with a smooth or wavy surface (Fig. 2) and thereby keeps lever A from moving.

To transfer the belt from one pulley to another, it is necessary, simultaneously with the rotation of lever A, to raise the handle K upwards, as a result of which the cushion D will move away from the board P and the belt can be transferred.

A lever for converting the belts on the pulleys, characterized in that to it is attached a movable spring bar G (Fig. 1), equipped at one end with a cushion D, and at the other end a handle K, in the form of a cranked lever connected to said rod and designed to offset the victories when transferring the belt, whose position on the pulley is fixed by the same lever A, held, with the released handle K, pressed by the spring C of the cushion D to the fixed board P, the surface of which can be made wavy (Fig. 2).
