Description
The proposal relates to the design of an electrolytic rotary cathode for electrolytic separation of highly dispersed cathode residues, for example, iron in a two-layer bath, the lower layer of which is an aqueous solution of the corresponding electrolyte, and the upper layer is a solution of the O-surfactant active substance in the hydrocarbon medium. In the known constructions of electrolyzers for sub-designation, for example, Siemens-Galske, Mitsubishi, for the removal of cathode deposits obtained from a bath, mechanical cleaning of rotating cathodes is used.
The proposed design of an electrolytic cell iris for continuous removal of cathodic deposits, resulting from electrolysis in a two-layer bath as a suspension in the upper layer of the bath.
Pa drawing shows the electrolysis cell.
(10).The electrolyzer according to the invention consists of a casing (1) of a bath, within which the anodes (2), having the shape of a semi-disk, are located. The disk cathodes (3) are mounted on a hollow shaft, consisting of a tube (4), mounted on an iimide-movable tubular axis (5), passing through the tube .; a hole in the end wall of the housing and rigidly fixed in the coupling sleeve (6) with ebonite gaskets for electrically needling it from the electrolyzer housing. The pipe (4) carrying the cathodes (3) on it, at the anti-spinning end wall of the housing, ends with a flattened roller (7) passing through an opening in the housing wall, provided with an insulating seal of the bath. Outside the bath, the roller (7) lies in the support (8) and merges with the electromechanical drive (9). The current to the cathodes is supplied through brushes (10).
The outer tube (4) and the inner tubular axis (5) of the hollow shaft are provided with openings arranged in a row along the length against each aiode, and form a kind of a cylindrical valve. During rotation of the outer tube (4), periodic blending of its openings with openings of the inner tubular axis (o) takes place, during which the organosol formed in the bath leads to a highly dispersed iorosh-oktocated sediment into the inner tubular axis (5) of the hollow shaft and flows into compilation. During operation of the electrolyzer, the interface between the lower aqueous and upper hydrocarbon layers is maintained at the level of the upper shaft line due to the fact that a suspension of highly dispersed powder accumulates at the interface of the layers.
Subject invention
Электролизер дл получени высокодисперсных порошков металлов в двухслойной ванне с вращающимс дисковым катодом, отличающийс тем, что, с целью непрерывного и равномерного отвода суспензии порошка из ваины, вал вращающегос катода выполнен нолым с отверсти ми , расположенными но винтовой линии, и насажен на неп-одвижную трубу, имеющую отверсти такого же диаметра, расположенные по образующей в верхней части трубы .Electrolyzer for obtaining highly dispersed metal powders in a two-layer bath with a rotating disk cathode, characterized in that, in order to continuously and uniformly remove the powder suspension from the vain, the shaft of the rotating cathode is made zero with holes located along a helix and is mounted on a non-movable a pipe having openings of the same diameter located along a pipe forming in the upper part.
