Описываемое устройство дл  опрессовки бурильных труб отличаетс  от известных устройств тем, что, с целью обеспечени  надежного уплотнени  соприкасающихс  торцов муфты и головки, поршень в концевой своей части снабжен диском с резиновой прокладкой. Дл  быстрой подачи головки к бурильной трубе головка подвешена на консольном поворотном рычаге.The described device for crimping drill pipes differs from the known devices in that, in order to ensure reliable sealing of the contact ends of the coupling and the head, the piston in its end portion is provided with a disc with a rubber gasket. После заполнени  трубы водой поворотом штурвала 6 прижимной диск 3 с резиновой прокладкой 4 подводитс  до упора в торец муфты и закрепл етс  в таком положении нажимом руки на штурвал, после чего закрываетс  вентиль 7 головки и В1с,тючаетс  насос высокого давлени . После опрессовки и осмотра трубы открываетс  вентиль головки, снижаетс  давление, снимаетс  заглушка, от торца муфты отвод т прижимной диск, открывают за.хват, сн 1мают п отвод т в сторону головку.After the drill pipe has been prepared for crimping, the head suspended on the cantilever pivot arm is brought to the pipe, put on the sleeve and fixed by a catch that rests on the end of the sleeve on the pipe thread side.
