Abstract

FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves milling and extraction of raw with ethanol an aqueous solution. Grape crests are dried at 40-50 C and milled to size of particles 0.1-0.5 cm and extracted at ratio water and ethanol at the range (34-46):(6-14) at 45-55 C. Obtained extract is distilled off at 45-50 C and residual pressure 300-400 mm mercury column. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, decreased cost of the end product.
