Наиболее близкой к предлагаемой по технической сущности и достигаемому эффекту, вл етс сталь след мае . %: гощего состава, Углерод Хром Молибден Ванадий Остальное Железо В качестве примесей сталь содержит мас.%: марганец 0,6; Кремний 0,22; серу 0,015; фосфор 0,018. Недостатком известной стали вл етс склонность к выкрашиванию обусловленна низкой ударной в зкостью . Цель изобретени - повышение ударной в зкости и износостойкости Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что сталь, содержаща углерод марганец, кремний, хром, молибден, ванадий, железо, дополнительно содержит- никель, алюминий и кальций при следукщем соотношении компонен тов, мас.%: 0,5-0,8 Молибден 1,5-2,0. Ванадий 0,4-1,2 Никель 0,005-0,030 Алюминий Кальций 0,005-0,030 Железо Остальное В таблице приведены химические составы и свойства опытных плавок, выплавленных в индукционной печи. Из полученных плавок после ковки изготавливают образцы дл определени механических свойств. Испытани образцов провод т после закалки с трехкратньол отпуском. Составы 2-4 (таблица) имеют наилучшие свойства. Состав 1 из-за низкого содержани углерода и относительно малого содержани легирующих элементов обеспечивает относи тельно невысокую твердость и технические свойства. Состав 5 наоборот, обеспечивает необходимую твердость, однако пластические свойства по сравнению с составами 2-4 ниже. В структуре этой стали по вл ютс нитрцдна фаза и выделени по границам зерен, которые понижают ее пластичность. From the resulting heats after forging, samples are made to determine the mechanical properties. Samples were tested after quenching with triple release.
