Orálny entericky potiahnutý prípravok obsahuje jadrový materiál účinnej zložky potiahnutej jednou alebo viacerými enterickými poťahovými vrstvami. Jadrový materiál ako účinnú zložku obsahuje magnéziovú soľ omeprazolu so stupňom kryštalinity väčším ako 70 %, stanovené RTG práškovou difrakciou, a na jadrovom materiáli enterickú poťahovú vrstvu(y), ktoré tvoria od 1,0 % hmotn. hmotnosti jadrového materiálu, a spôsob jeho výroby.
