Claims (6)

  1. 8 Patentni zahtevki 1. Protivlomno avtomobilsko steklo iz varnostnega stekla, predvideno predvsem za stranska stekla in vratna stekla, označeno s tem, da zadošča pogojem norme ECE R 43 in da obsega središčno ploščo (3) debeline od 0,5 do 1,5 mm iz polikarbonata in zunanji plošči (1, 2) iz po kemičnem postopku kaljenega silikatnega stekla debeline 1.5 do 2 mm, ki sta združeni s središčno ploščo (3) iz polikarbonata vsakič preko plasti (4, 5) iz poliuretanskega termoplasta debeline od 0,3 do 1,0 mm in da imata stekleni plošči (1, 2) iz silikatnega stekla po vsem površinskem področju tlačno napetost od 300 do 500 N/mm2 in prednostno od 300 do 400 N/mm2.
  2. 2. Protivlomno avtomobilsko steklo po zahtevku 1, označeno s tem, da ima vsaka steklena plošča (1, 2) debelino okoli 2 mm, središčna plošča (3) iz polikarbonata debelino okoli 1,0 mm in povezovalni plasti (4, 5) iz poliuretanskega termoplasta vsaka debelino okoli 0,76 mm.
  3. 3. Protivlomno avtomobilsko steklo iz varnostnega stekla, predvideno predvsem za stranska stekla in vratna stekla, označeno s tem, da zadošča pogojem norme ECE R 43 in da obsega središčno ploščo (3) debeline od 0,5 do 1,0 mm iz polikarbonata in zunanji plošči (1, 2) iz po kemičnem postopku kaljenega silikatnega stekla debeline 1.5 do 3 mm, ki sta združeni s središčno ploščo (3) iz polikarbonata vsakič preko plasti (4, 5) iz poliuretanskega termoplasta debeline od 0,3 do 1,0 mm in da sta stekleni plošči (1, 2) iz silikatnega stekla kaljeni šibkeje, kot je kaljeno varnostno steklo, tako da so natezne napetosti v središču steklenih plošč od 35 do 55 N/mm2.
  4. 4. Protivlomno avtomobilsko steklo po zahtevku 3, označeno s tem, da je kaljenje steklenih plošč iz silikatnega stekla diferencirano po površini plošč, tako da je v obrobnem področju vse okrog nje srednja natezna napetost v središču steklene plošče od 40 do 55 N/mm2 in v središčnem področju steklenih plošč srednja natezna napetost v središču steklenih plošč od 35 do 50 N/mm2.
  5. 5. Protivlomno avtomobilsko steklo po zahtevku 3 ali 4, označeno s tem, da ima vsaka od steklenih plošč (1, 2) debelino od 2 mm do 2,5 mm, središčna plošča (3) iz polikarbonata debelino okoli 1,0 mm in povezovalni plasti iz poliuretanskega termoplasta vsaka debelino okoli 0,76 mm. 9
  6. 6. Protivlomno avtomobilsko steklo po kateremkoli izmed zahtevkov 1 do 5, označeno s tem, da se oprijemalno plast (6, 7), ki vsebuje silan, nanese na kaljeni silikatni steklem plošči (1, 2) na strani, ki leži ob poliuretanski plasti (4, 5).
