Claims (34)

1 Patentni zahtevki 1. Pomožno sredstvo za obdelavo koprene (1, 16, 22) iz mineralne volne, s tem da se na vlakna izvaja sila, da se ta dovedejo v novo stabilno medsebojno lego drugo glede na drugo, pri čemer pomožno sredstvo za obdelavo vsebuje tikso-tropen dodatek, označeno s tem, da je dinamična viskoznost pri nizki hitrosti pomožnega sredstva za obdelavo nad 100.000 cP.
2. Pomožno sredstvo po zahtevku 1, označeno s tem, da je dinamična viskoznost pri nizki hitrosti pomožnega sredstva za obdelavo nad 500.000 cP.
3. Pomožno sredstvo za obdelavo po zahtevku 1 ali 2, označeno s tem, da je ti-ksotropen dodatek anorganske narave.
4. Pomožno sredstvo za obdelavo po zahtevku 3, označeno s tem, da vsebuje ti-ksotropen dodatek v količni 5 do 50 mas. % (suho) glede na celotno količino pomožnega sredstva za obdelavo.
5. Pomožno sredstvo za obdelavo po zahtevku 3 ali 4, označeno s tem, da je ti-ksotropen dodatek pirogeno izdelan oksid, predvsem pirogena kremenica. 2
6. Pomožno sredstvo za obdelavo po zahtevku 5, označeno s tem, da vsebuje pi-rogeno kremenico v količini 5 do 30, prednostno 10 do 20 in predvsem 10 do 15 mas. % (suho) glede na celotno količino pomožnega sredstva za obdelavo.
7. Pomožno sredstvo za obdelavo po zahtevku 3 ali 4, označeno s tem, da je ti-ksotropen dodatek glina, ki vsebuje montmorillonit, predvsem bentonit.
8. Pomožno sredstvo za obdelavo po enem izmed zahtevkov 1 do 7, označeno s tem, da kot osnovno sestavino vsebuje poliglikoleter maščobne kisline z normalno viskoznostjo pod 1.000 cP ("Leomin OR").
9. Iglana klobučevina, vsebujoča mineralna vlakna in izdelana ob uporabi pomožnega sredstva za obdelavo s tiksotropnim dodatkom, pri čemer je dinamična viskoznost pri nizki hitrosti pomožnega sredstva za obdelavo nad 100.000 cP.
10. Iglana klobučevina po zahtevku 9, izdelana s pomožnim sredstvom za obdelavo po enem izmed zahtevkov 1 do 8.
11. Iglana klobučevina po zahtevku 9 ali 10, izdelana s pomožnim sredstvom za obdelavo kot sredstvom za iglanje v količini največ 0,4 mas. %, prednostno največ 0,2 mas. % (suho) glede na celotno količino iglane klobučevine (1).
12. Iglana klobučevina z neurejenim slojem iz mineralnih vlaken, predvsem vlaken iz kamene volne, in vmes vloženimi podajnejšimi vlakni, predvsem iz tekstilnih steklenih filamentov z dolžino več kot 20 mm, ki so z iglanjem povezani 3 z mineralnimi vlakni, označena s tem, daje klobučevina izdelana ob uporabi pomožnega sredstva za obdelavo, ki vsebuje tiksotropen dodatek kot pomožno sredstvo za iglanje, in da je dinamična viskoznost pri nizki hitrosti pomožnega sredstva za obdelavo višja od 100.000 cP.
13. Iglana klobučevina po zahtevku 12, označena s tem, da vsebuje pomožno sredstvo za obdelavo kot pomožno sredstvo za iglanje v količini največ 0,4 mas. %, prednostno največ 0,2 mas. % (suho) glede na celotno količino iglane klobučevine (1).
14. Iglana klobučevina po zahtevku 13, označena s tem, da vsebuje pomožno sredstvo za obdelavo kot ponožno sredstvo za iglanje v količini med 0,01 in 0,1 mas. %, prednostno med 0,02 in 0,05 mas. %, predvsem pa nekako 0,03 mas. % (suho) glede na celotno količino iglane klobučevine (1).
15. Iglana klobučevina po enem izmed zahtevkov 12 do 14, označena s tem, da so podajnejša vlakna v klobučevini razmeščena vsaj približno homogeno porazdeljeno.
16. Iglana klobučevina po enem izmed zahevkov 12 do 14, označena s tem, da so podajnejša vlakna razmeščena v krovnem sloju (25) na veliki ploskvi osnovnega sloja.
17. Iglana klobučevina po enem izmed zahtevkov 12 do 16, označena s tem, da kot podajnejša vlakna vsebuje tekstilne steklene filamente v deležu pod 5 4 mas. % glede na celotno količino iglane klobučevine.
18. Iglana klobučevina po zahtevku 17, označena s tem, da se tekstilni stekleni filamenti pridobivajo iz multifilamentnih pramenov.

20. Izdelek iz mineralne volne po zahtevku 19, izdelan s pomožnim sredstvom za obdelavo po enem izmed zahtevkov 1 do 8.
21. Izdelek iz mineralne volne po zahtevku 19 ali 20, izdelan s pomožnim obdelovalnim sredstvom v količini največ 0,4 mas. %, prednostno največ 0,2 mas. % (suho) glede na celotno količino koprene.
22. Postopek za izdelovanje iglane klobučevine po enem izmed zahtevkov 12 do 18, pri katerem se kopreni iz mineralnih vlaken doda pomožno sredstvo za obdelavo kot pomožno sredstvo za iglanje kot prednostno tudi podajnejša vlakna kot predvsem tekstilni stekleni filamenti in se to zatem igla, označen s tem, da je pomožnemu sredstvu za iglanje dodan tiksotropen dodatek in da je dinamična viskoznost pri nizki hitrosti pomožnega sredstva za obdelavo nad 100.000 cP. 5
23. Postopek po zahtevku 22, označen s tem, da se tekstilni stekleni filamenti dobijo s cepljenjem multifilamentnih pramenov.
24. Postopek po zahtevku 23, označen s tem, da se premazu, ki se uporablja za multifilamentne pramene, dodaja tiksotropen dodatek.

Postopek za izdelovanje izdelka iz mineralne volne z legami vlaken pod ostrim kotom glede na glavni ploskvi koprene, stvorjenimi s stiskanjem, pri katerem se vlakna izdelujejo v vsaj enem agregatu (11) za vlečenje vlaken in se opremljena z vezivom na izdelovalni trak (14) odlagajo kot laminarna koprena (16), nakar se v kopreno pred strditvijo vezivnega sredstva vzporedne z glavnima ploskvama in v smeri izdelovanja vnašajo sile in se tako povzroči stiskanje, označen s tem, da se vlakna pred stiskanjem opremijo s pomožnim sredstvom za obdelavo, ki mu je dodan tiksotropen dodatek in da je dinamična viskoznost pri nizki hitrosti pomožnega sredstva za obdelavo nad 100.000 cP. 6

32. Postopek po zahtevku 31, označen s tem, da krovni sloj (25) vsebuje vezivno sredstvo.
33. Postopek po zahtevku 31 ali 32, označen s tem, da krovni sloj (25) vsebuje pomožno sredstvo za obdelavo kot pomožno sredstvo za iglanje, prednostno s tiksotropnim dodatkom.
34. Postopek po enem izmed zahtevkov 31 do 33, označen s tem, da krovni sloj (25) vsebuje tekstilne vlaknene filamente, prednostno pramene rezanega stekla npr. v obliki pramenov z dolžino preko 20 mm.
