PRIMEREXAMPLE

For the preparation of 0.05 m 3 fresh mix of building material according to the invention, 34.96 kg of brick 0-8, 4.89 kg of wetting water, 20.93 kg of river sand 0 - 4, 3.63 kg are dosed in a laboratory mixer. sandblasters 0 -1, 21.00 kg of PC 45 cement, 9.87 kg of water for binding and plasticity, and in addition to 0.2501 aerant and 0.3721 plasticizer - accelerator.

When dosing, the amount of water required for the natural moisture content of the base materials is reduced.

Pripravo sveže mešanice izvedemo na naslednji način:Prepare the fresh mixture as follows:

Ko opečni drobljenec vpije vodo, doziramo še preostali agregat - pesek, mivko in cement. Hkrati ob mešanju doziramo preostalo potrebno vodo z dodatkom za aeriranje. Na koncu dodamo še dodatek za plastificiranje in pospeševanje vezanja.First, add the brick mash to the mixer and add water to wet it. When the crushed brick absorbs water, the remaining aggregate - sand, sand and cement - is dosed. At the same time, mix the remaining required water with the aeration additive. Finally, an additive is added to coat and promote bonding.

After dosing the last component, the whole is stirred for another 40 to 60 seconds, and then a fresh mixture of building material according to the invention is ready for installation.
