Abstract

Higienski stekleni pokrov hladilnih pultov za svežo hrano, ki ga sestavlja navpično pomični stekleni poklop, kije s pomočjo sistema pomika nameščen nad notranjim prostorom hladilnega pulta skladno s predlagano tehnično rešitvijo, katere bistvo je v tem, da je sistem pomika steklenega poklopa sestavljen iz vsaj enega para nasproti umeščenih vodilnih vozičkov, ki sta opremljena s poševno nameščenimi drsnimi kolesci, ki se z nastavljivim tlakom prilegajo poševnim drsnim površinam njihovih navpičnih tirnic pomika. Za ponujanje, prodajo ali tudi za samopostrežno serviranje sveže hrane, predvsem jedi iz svežih sestavin, ki se hitro pokvarijo, kot so npr. solate, mlečni izdelki, sušeno meso ipd., so trgovine s sadjem in zelenjavo, menze, bifeji in drugi podobni obrati opremljeni z različnimi hladilnimi vitrinami in pulti. Ti pulti in vitrine so v različnih postavitvah zaprti s prozornimi, najpogosteje steklenimi pokrovi v obliki krilnih ali stransko pomičnih poklopov, pokrovov ali sten. However, in these devices, in the case of raising or lowering of glass coverings, in a number of cases, it may occur, above all, to cross their layouts, to the irregularities in their movement, and, consequently, to difficulties in their use.
