Abstract

[Object] To realize a rotary vibrator higher in efficiency and greater in durability which is capable of responding to the recent demand for conveying components at faster speeds. [Solution Means] The rotary vibrator 10 of the present invention is a rotary vibrator which is provided with a base 11, a vibration disc 12 arranged over the base, a piezoelectric driving body 14 having an inner periphery part 14a directly or indirectly connected to the base and extending radially outwardly from the inner periphery part 14a, and an elastic member 15 connected between an outer periphery part 14b of the piezoelectric driving body and the vibration disc, wherein the piezoelectric driving body and the elastic member vibrate the vibration disc in a direction in which rotation is made around an axis line l Ox of the vibration disc, and wherein the elastic member is a plate-like member extending in the radial direction in a range from an inner periphery side connection part 15a connected to the outer periphery part of the piezoelectric driving body to an outer periphery side connection part 15b connected to the vibration disc and also has a tangentially bent shape 15c, and wherein the outer periphery side connection part of the elastic member extends in the radial direction on an extension line of the piezoelectric driving body.
