Abstract

The saw blade has a master blade (1) and replaceable cutter elements (2) with shoulders (3,4). The master blade has a section in the teeth area, which is thinner than the remaining part, e.g. it is thinner in the area of the cutter element shoulders. The cutter elements engage on the thinner sections, so that the width of an element can be smaller than that of the master blade. The thinner section is an outer part (6) of set length.
