Abstract

The device (51) is used to select a frame front side (22) or trimming screen for a pair of stereographic images. The frame has left and right image windows, and has locating pins for film perforations. It can take different front sides in order to screen off different regions of the images. - The device has two supports with focussing plates (58) which are arranged between image reversing prisms (60), and which can be displaced relative to one another and normal to the optical axis of the projection lenses (54), in order to screen off regions of the images. Each focussing plate has a collimation pattern (59) and the displacement is achieved using a control mechanism which is coupled to a support for the lenses and an image support (53). The mechanism is connected to an indicator which corresponds with the numbers which are allotted to the different front sides for the frame.
