Abstract

The element (2) is formed by a frame support and comprises two surfaces (14, 16), with second one (16) comprising a base portion (9) with several stands (11), each with a gripper (18) on the second surface for gripping the frame. The side (12) with the stands abuts the first surface (14). The grippers lie at different spacings from the frame side. Pref. the frame support has a through aperture (15) from the first to the second surface. The stands are flexible, forming at least one group with several stands for inserting into the aperture from the first surface side.
