The postcard or the like is the main region (1) and the new region formed by extending the card or the like is the bi-region (2), which is sepd. from the main region (1) by a break line (3) that allows sepn. of both of the surfaces without damaging the main region (1). - The bi-region (2) serves as a hanging arrangement for the main region (1) and is provided with two punched holes (7,8) that function as hanging channels when applied to a distribution dispenser.
