Abstract

The apparatus comprises double acting jaws each having a fixed pan (F) and a movable jaw (R) separated into two parts (R1 and R2), wherein the latter can slide along angled slide surfaces on the fixed jaw (F) for example by the use of a screw (A). The fixed jaws are oriented to a frame or jig by the use of for example anchoring bolts (B) on each side of workpieces. The orientation along beams or slots is performed by pins (C) passing through fixed jaws and beams or a jig through holes arranged equidistant in the beams and in different combinations in the fixed jaws. <IMAGE>
