Abstract
This invention concerns a prefabricated cantilever roof element (21) designed for use when building small houses with saddle roofs and for use above heated spaces.The element consists of a slab of reinforced cast 3L concrete, which forms the surface (3) of the element facing the heated space, longitudinally in the partially embedded thin plate beams (27) of the slab's outward facing section, and transversely at the reinforced cast beams of 3L concrete (24, 26) located at the short ends of the slab, and at least one between the reinforced cast beam (25) of 3L concrete located between the two short-end beams. In the confining areas between the transversal beams and the thin-plate beams, insulation (33) is placed that reaches up to the upper edge of the thin-plate beams and over which a fully covering insulation layer (30) is placed covering the whole of the area of the element. The fully covering insulation layer (30) is only penetrated by the mounting element (28), which is mounted on the upper edge of the thin-plate beams for the application of crossbars in the direction of the pitch of the roof (29).
