Abstract
Collector for absorbing thermal energy from a body of water, such as a watercourse, lake, sea or the like. The purpose of the invention is to produce a collector that is entirely unaffected by whether the water is polluted or corrosive, that can even generate water conversion and thereby more thermal energy when the water is stagnant, and that is simple in design and extremely reliable. These tasks were achieved in that it contains at least one coiled pipe (13) situated in an oblong housing (11) that is open on both ends while one end also has a current device (17) that can force water through the housing.<IMAGE>
