Abstract

Electronic device with control buttons (S1, S2, S3, S4), an illuminating device being provided for the control buttons (S1, S2, S3, S4), which illuminates the control buttons (S1, S2, S3, S4) even if they are not actuated, by providing two display lamps (P1, P2, P3, P4, P'1, P'2, P'3, P'4) having different colours in such a way in each control button (S1, S2, S3, S4) that the display lamps (P'1, P'2, P'3, P'4) light up with one colour when the control buttons (S1, S2, S3, S4) are not actuated and then, when one of the control buttons (S1, S2, S3, S4) is actuated, the associated display lamp (P1, P2, P3, P4) having the other colour lights up, while the associated display lamp (P'1, P'2, P'3, P'4) having the first colour is switched off, or display lamps (P1, P2, P3, P4) are provided in each control button (S1, S2, S3, S4) in such a way that the display lamps (P1, P2, P3, P4) are always lit up with a low brightness via a first illuminating device and one of the display lamps (P1, P2, P3, P4) which is assigned to an actuated control button (S1, S2, S3, S4) is lit up with a higher brightness by a second illuminating device. <IMAGE>
