Abstract

The invention relates to an optical processor for carrying out mathematical operations with the aid of at least two supplied optical signals and/or functional relationships. The optical processor consists of a semiconductor component (photodiode or Schottky diode) which is provided or combined with a layer which is passed by the optical signals.
