Abstract

The invention provides a method and a device for general occasional ventilation of a compartment. Hereby, a blower 9 is utilised, blowing air from the compartment 1 through an inflatable balloon 15, which is placed in a permanent opening e.g. a window opening 5 in a wall 4 delimiting the compartment. The balloon 15 is provided with at least one outlet opening 16 which is such dimensioned that a sufficient positive pressure is built up in the balloon for keeping the balloon inflated and in abutment with the borders 6 of the opening 5. <IMAGE>
