Abstract

A tool driven by compressed air comprises a rotary motor 5 of e.g. the vane type, which is resiliently mounted in a housing 3 by means of radial and axial vibration-damping parts 8, 9 and 11. The motor is also connected through at least one vibration-damping device comprising at least two elastomeric components e.g. rings 112, to air supply and discharge ducts in the housing. Alternatively, this vibration-damping device consists of two hose portions, Figs. 3 and 4 (not shown). <IMAGE>
