Abstract

Saw blade arrangement (100) for a chainsaw, comprisinga chassis (103);a saw blade (110) having a chain guide (116) for a chain (101); anda nose part (130) having a chain sprocket (150).The nose part (130) comprises a first outer plate (131) and a second outer plate (135). The saw blade (110) comprises a central plate (139), being arranged between the first outer plate (131) and the second outer plate (135).The saw blade (110) comprises a first fastening flange (123) and a second fastening flange (125).The first outer plate (131) has a first socket (134) for the first fastening flange (123) and the second outer plate (135) has a second socket (138) for the second fastening flange (125). The first fastening flange (123) and the second fastening flange (125) have shapes that do not align as viewed along the width (W) direction.The invention also relates to methods for manufacturing and using such saw blade arrangements.
