Abstract
Measuring system for measuring substance status information of an independent gas transport container (1) without physical sensors in direct contact with the gas to be measured in the gas transport container. During loading of the gas transport container, the amount, temperature, and pressure of the gas measured by the gas amount, temperature, and pressure sensors (6,7,8) in the loading process constitute accurate substance status information. Temperature sensors (13, 14) are connected to the gas transport container which measure the surface temperature of at least one high-pressure tank (22) in the gas transport container as well as the outdoor temperature, and from the measurements of said temperature sensors as well as from the measurement of the previous accurate substance status information a comparable substance status information is calculated when the time during which the gas transport container has been independent is known.
Claims (9)
1. A measuring system for measuring Substance status information of an inde- pendent gas transport container íijcåíwithout physical sensors in direct contact with a gas to be measured in the gas transport container (1), wherein the measuring system comprises gas amount, temperature and pressure sensors (6,7,8) of a gas loading station (2), and wherein said sensors (6,7,8) are configured to, during load- ing of the gas transport container measure the amount, temperature and pres- sure of the gas, and wherein the measured amount, temperature and pressures constitute accurate substance status informeasured in the loading process mation, characterized in that temperature sensors (13, 14) are connected to the gas transport container measure the surface temperature of at least one high-pressure tank (22) in the gas transport container and the outdoor tempera- ture, from the measurements of which, as well as from the measurement of said amount, temperature and pressure sensors of the loading process__§f as well as from the time the gas transport container independent, a comparable sub- stance status information is calculated by a computer or a cloud service.

The measuring system according to claim 1, wherein said surface tempera- ture (13) and outdoor temperature sensors (14) are connected to a measuring hub (24), mounted outside the gas transport container (1), which transmits the values measured by radio-technical means to a centralized data Warehouse fifgwand the information of which is used to calculate comparable substance status information.
3. The measuring system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the gas transport container (1) has a monitoring device which stores location information in either a local or a centralized data warehouseíffí).

The measuring system according to claims 1 to 3, wherein the amount, tem- perature and pressure sensors (6', 7', 8') in the unloading process (3) of the gas transport container (1) measure the amount, temperature and pressure of the gas to be unloaded, and the accurate comparable substance status information formed from these is compared to the most recent comparable substance status infor- mation and the calculation of the comparable substance status information is cor- rected if there is a difference between them.

A method for measuring substance status information of an independent gas transport container__(já_§_, wherein gas is loaded into the gas transport container (1) and at the same time the amount, temperature, and pressure of the gas to be loaded are measured with the sensors (6,7,8) of a gas loading station__§Q_l§__§, and from which accurate substance status information is obtained, characterized in that at the end of the loading (61) the temperature of the outer surface of the high-pressure tank (22) in the gas transport container _Lfš__)___and the outdoor temperature are measured with temperature sensors connected to the gas transport container___(§à__f_s_, from which a reference value is obtained and wherein a comparable substance status information of the independent gas transport con- tainer calculated by a computer or in a cloud service using the previously obtained amount, temperature and pressure of the loaded gas as well as the previ- ously measured reference value, as well as the temperature ofthe outer surface of the high-pressure tank å: ' “and outdoor temperature when disconnected from the loading process .šlof the gas transport container,»(;*3;>)_, as well as the time the gas transport container has been independent.

The method according to claim 5, wherein »æïšflie.»¿gmmeasuring hub (24) at- tached to the gas transport container (1) collects data from one or more sensors measuring the surface of the high-pressure tank (22) and the outdoor temperature sensor and transmits the measured values to a centralized data Warehouse

The method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein gas is unloaded (63, 63') from the gas transport container (1) and at the same time the amount, temperature and pressure of the unloaded gas are measured to obtain accurate substance status information and the most recent comparable substance status information ob- \ tained from the container the difference of which permits to cor- rect the calculation of the comparable substance status information.
8. The method according to claims 5 to 7, wherein the other sensors of the in- dependent gas transport container are triggered to measure with an accelera- tion sensor measuring the vibrations of the gas transport container.
9. The method of claims 5 to 8, wherein a locator device in the gas transport container ífjjáàprovides location information for coupling comparable substance status information to a geographical location at a particular time.
