Claims (16)
1. En metod för att framställa en film av tvärbunden mikrofibrillerad cellulosa, varvid nämnda metod innefattar stegen: i. gjutforma eller våtforma en cellulosakomposition innehållande fosforyleradmikrofibrillerad cellulosa (P-MFC), nämnda cellulosakomposition innehålleräven omodifierad mikrofibrillerad cellulosa och/eller kemiskt modifieradmikrofibrillerad cellulosa, till en film; ii. värmebehandla nämnda film för att tillhandahålla tvärbindning av den fosforylerade mikrofibrillerade cellulosan kännetecknad av att metoden även innehåller ett steg att torka nämnda film före värmebehandlingssteget.
2. Metoden enligt krav 1 varvid nämnda cellulosakomposition även innehåller omodifierad mikrofibrillerad cellulosa.
3. Metoden enligt något av föregående krav, varvid nämnda cellulosakomposition äveninnehåller kemiskt modifierad mikrofibrillerad cellulosa, såsom t. ex. dialdehyd- MFC ellerTEMPO-MFC.
4. Metoden enligt något av föregående krav, varvid nämnda cellulosakomposition innehåller mer än 25%, företrädesvis mer än 50%, såsom t ex mer än 75 vikts-% av P-MFC.
5. Metoden enligt något av föregående krav, varvid nämnda värmebehandling sker vid en temperatur mellan 60 och 200 °C, företrädesvis mellan 70 och 120 °C.
6. Metoden enligt något av föregående krav, varvid nämnda värmebehandling sker under en tid mellan 10 och 180 minuter.
7. Metoden enligt något av föregående krav, varvid tvärbindningen sker utan närvaro av någon ytterligare tvärbindare.
8. Metoden enligt något av föregående krav, varvid nämnda fosforylerademikrofibrillerade cellulosan (P-MFC) är erhållen genom att; tillhandahålla en suspension avmassafibrer från cellulosa i vatten, och fosforylera massafibrerna i nämnda vattensuspension med ett forsforylerande medel, följt av fibrillering.
9. Metoden enligt något av föregående krav innefattar även steget att fukta nämnda film med vatten efter värmebehandlingssteget.
