Abstract

[0078] Various aspects provide for a rotational actuator comprising a piston configured to move tangentially in a channel. The piston may be coupled to an axle via a lever to rotate the axle as the piston moves. Hydraulic fluid pumped into/out of the channel may actuate the piston to rotate the axle. A rotational actuator may be coupled to a propeller mount connected to a propeller and configured to rotate the propeller mount and propeller to change pitch of the propeller.
