Abstract
The invention relates to a connector element (1) for media lines, comprising an injection molded part (2), particularly in one piece, composed of a dimensionally stable material, comprising two substantially cylindrical inner channel sections (4, 5). Said inner channel sections are oriented with regard to the longitudinal axes (6, 7) thereof at a certain connection angle (a) between 0° and 180° to one another and connected to one another via a transitional channel section (8), wherein the transitional channel section (8), viewed in a longitudinal section of the inner channel sections (4, 5), has a chamfered course in the outer angle region (10) thereof or a course that is curved in a concave fashion. The transitional channel section (8) is formed with an inner contour that is chamfered and/or convexly curved in the inner angle region (12) thereof in the media flow direction in such a way that, originating from one of the inner channel sections (4, 5), it is embodied without constrictions in the cross-section thereof over the entire course in the flow direction of the media. The invention further relates to a device for the production of a connector element (1) using an injection molding tool comprising a mold core arrangement (14) for forming the inner channel sections (4, 5) and the transitional channel section. Said mold core arrangement (14) comprises at least one transverse core part (16) for forming the transitional channel section (8), the transverse core part, for ejection purposes, being movable in a transverse fashion to a main ejection direction of the inner channel sections (4, 5).
