Abstract

The machine has a disc-shaped rotary casing which houses grinding disc holders driven by a belt or chain. These holders are arranged around the casing circumference and supported by axles connected to the casing at a distance from each other. A central gear-wheel inside the casing is connected to the latter in a fixed manner. An intermediate gear-wheel is mounted on each axle and can cooperate with the central gear-wheel so that the motor causes the holders and casing to rotate in different directions.
