Abstract

A permanent magnet rotor comprising flux concentrating members (2, 2') located at a distance from each other as seen in the rotational direction of the rotor, and spaces (3) for receiving permanent magnets, which spaces (3) each being located between two flux concentrating members (2, 2') that are adjacent to each other, several separate permanent magnets (15) arranged against each other being placed in each of said spaces (3). The invention relates to a generator comprising such a permanent magnet rotor and a method for producing such a permanent magnet rotor.
