1. Установка для биохимической очистки высококонцентрированных сточных вод, содержащая комбинированное устройство с биофильтром, аэротенком-отстойником, камерой смешения, циркуляционным насосом и технологическими трубопроводами, отличающаяся тем, что она снабжена биокоагулятором-флотатором первой ступени очистки с водоструйным аэратором, его приемной камерой и отражателем пены и трубопроводом отвода осветленной воды, биокоагулятором второй ступени очистки с водоструйным аэратором, его приемной камерой и трубопроводами отвода осветленной воды и осадка, биофильтром с промежуточной емкостью, сборными поддонами, аэрационными колоннами и реакционной емкостью с искусственной загрузкой, ферментатором с системой орошения, биофильтром, аэрационными колоннами, аэротенком-отстойником с искусственной загрузкой и циркуляционным насосом, трубопроводом отвода осветленных стоков и приемным резервуаром о двумя насосами для перекачки осветленных стоков,
напорный трубопровод циркуляционного насоса комбинированного устройства сообщен с промежуточной емкостью биофильтра и приемными камерами водоструйных аэраторов первой и второй ступеней очистки, напорный трубопровод первого насоса перекачки осветленных стоков соединен с приемной камерой аэратора первой ступени очистки, а напорный трубопровод второго насоса перекачки осветленных стоков - с промежуточной емкостью биофильтра, трубопровод отвода осветленных стоков от второй ступени очистки подключен к приемному резервуару, трубопровод отвода осадка от второй ступени очистки соединен с всасывающим трубопроводом насоса ферментатора, а напорный трубопровод этого насоса соединен с системой орошения ферментатора и приемными камерами аэраторов первой и второй ступени очистки и трубопровод отвода осветленной воды от ферментатора присоединен к приемному резервуару, а трубопровод отвода воды от комбинированного устройства подсоединен к биореактору доочистки стоков, снабженному камерой аэрации, искусственной загрузкой, перфорированными трубами, соединенными отводящими трубопроводами с циркуляционным насосом, напорный трубопровод которого подключен к приемной камере водоструйного аэратора.

the pressure pipe of the circulation pump of the combined device is in communication with the intermediate tank of the biofilter and the receiving chambers of the water-jet aerators of the first and second cleaning stages, the pressure pipe of the first pump for pumping the clarified effluents is connected to the receiving chamber of the aerator of the first cleaning stage, and the pressure pipe of the second pump for pumping the clarified wastes with the intermediate tank biofilter, drainage pipe for clarified effluents from the second cleaning stage is connected to a receiving tank, pipelines The sediment discharge from the second purification stage is connected to the suction pipe of the fermenter pump, and the pressure pipe of this pump is connected to the fermenter irrigation system and the receiving chambers of the first and second purification aerators and the clarified water drain pipe from the fermenter is connected to the receiving tank, and the water drain pipe from the combined device is connected to the bioreactor of post-treatment of wastewater, equipped with an aeration chamber, artificial loading, perforated pipes connected to the discharge and pipes with circulation pump, the pressure line is connected to water jet aerator inlet chamber.
