Abstract

FIELD: railway building and repairing. SUBSTANCE: loading device for powder rail breaker has casing 1 of box-like shape, immovable stop 2, power developing clamp 3, pulling clamp 4. Clamps 3, 4 are made so as to be turned though at least two planes. Clamp 3 through eye 5, pin 6 and axle 7 is connected to casing 1. Stop 2 is displaced towards power developing clamp 3. Pulling clamp 4 through pin 6 is connected to pull member 8, which uses cylinder 9 to join to rod of hydraulic jack 10 made in the form of single-action hydraulic cylinder. Return spring 11 is installed in piston cavity of hydraulic jack 10. Rod of hydraulic jack 10 has thread with cylinder 9 screwed on. Due to this, pull member 8 may be turned about vertical axis to assist the device to be self-aligning to prevent breakdown. There are pressure gage 12 and hand- operated two-plunger pump 13 to create and monitor pressure in hydraulic system of the device. Movable rolls 14 being ascended or descended onto rail head by lever provided mechanism 15 are installed on casing 1 to move the device along rail track from one point to another. Цель изобретения - расширение функциональных возможностей и повышение эффективности работы устройства. Нагружающее устройство для порохового рельсолома содержит корпус 1 коробчатой формы, неподвижный упор 2, силовой захват 3, тяговый захват 4. Захваты 3, 4 выполнены с возможностью поворота минимум в двух плоскостях. Захват 3 посредством серьги 5, пальца 6 и оси 7 соединен с корпусом 1. Упор 2 расположен со смещением в сторону силового захвата 3. Тяговый захват 4 через палец 6 соединен с тягой 8, которая посредством стакана 9 связана со штоком гидравлического домкрата 10, выполненного в виде гидроцилиндра одностороннего действия. В поршневой полости гидродомкрата 10 установлена возвратная пружина 11. Шток гидравлического домкрата 10 имеет резьбу, на которую навинчивается стакан 9. За счет этого тяга 8 может поворачиваться относительно вертикальной оси, способствуя самоустановке устройства при изломе. Для создания и контроля давления в гидросистеме устройства имеется манометр 12 и ручной двухплунжерный насос 13. Для передвижения устройства по рельсовой колее от одного места установки к другому на корпусе 1 смонтированы подвижные ролики 14, поднимаемые или опускаемые на головку рельса рычажным механизмом 15.
