Abstract

Описан способ восстановления огнеупорного тела на основе оксида. Способ включает выбрасывание порошкообразной смеси к поверхности вышеуказанного тела при повышенной температуре и в присутствии кислорода. Вышеуказанная смесь содержит частицы огнеупорного оксида и частицы топлива, которое экзотермически реагирует с кислородом с образованием огнеупорного оксида. Изобретение отличается тем, что частицы топлива выбираются из магния, алюминия, кремния и их смесей и тем, что порошкообразная смесь дополнительно содержит до 10 мас. % частиц карбида кремния. Изобретение предлагает способ восстановления оксидсодержащих огнеупорных тел, который дает возможность получать огнеупорную восстанавливающую массу приемлемой пористости.

Claims (1)

  1. Описан способ восстановления огнеупорного тела на основе оксида. Способ включает выбрасывание порошкообразной смеси к поверхности вышеуказанного тела при повышенной температуре и в присутствии кислорода. Вышеуказанная смесь содержит частицы огнеупорного оксида и частицы топлива, которое экзотермически реагирует с кислородом с образованием огнеупорного оксида. Изобретение отличается тем, что частицы топлива выбираются из магния, алюминия, кремния и их смесей и тем, что порошкообразная смесь дополнительно содержит до 10 мас. % частиц карбида кремния. Изобретение предлагает способ восстановления оксидсодержащих огнеупорных тел, который дает возможность получать огнеупорную восстанавливающую массу приемлемой пористости.
