Abstract
Гранулы химически активного металла, особенно магния и/или сплавов магния получают непосредственно из расплавленного металла. Металл подают под давлением в сопло для гранулирования, которое заставляет металл совершать круговое движение с увеличенной скоростью, прежде чем он достигнет выпускного отверстия сопла, при этом металл разбивается последовательно на мелкие частицы и капли. Эти частицы и капли образуются в атмосфере инертного газа в замкнутой системе, после этого они затвердевают и охлаждаются в неокислительной охлаждающей ванне. Описано также устройство с камерой для гранулирования, выполненной из двух частей 1,2, которые можно соединить в различных листах посредством воздухонепроницаемой системы крепления 3.
Claims (1)
- Гранулы химически активного металла, особенно магния и/или сплавов магния получают непосредственно из расплавленного металла. Металл подают под давлением в сопло для гранулирования, которое заставляет металл совершать круговое движение с увеличенной скоростью, прежде чем он достигнет выпускного отверстия сопла, при этом металл разбивается последовательно на мелкие частицы и капли. Эти частицы и капли образуются в атмосфере инертного газа в замкнутой системе, после этого они затвердевают и охлаждаются в неокислительной охлаждающей ванне. Описано также устройство с камерой для гранулирования, выполненной из двух частей 1,2, которые можно соединить в различных листах посредством воздухонепроницаемой системы крепления 3.
