The task to which the proposed utility model is directed is to eliminate all of the above disadvantages and create a reliable and easy-to-use device that allows for quick change of information.

The technical result achieved by the implementation of the claimed utility model consists in the convenience of fastening due to bending made integrally with the plate, increasing reliability by placing the required set of numbers on each information tape and the durability of the device due to the possibility of easy replacement of information tapes.
